Evaluation Process

The Sovereign Quantum Computing Capability Uplift follows a structured, multi‑stage evaluation pathway designed to ensure technical clarity, sovereign safety, and alignment with each partner’s platform architecture. This process is intentionally lightweight, CTO‑friendly, and suitable for rapid assessment by engineering teams.

The evaluation process consists of six stages, each designed to maintain strict Sovereign boundaries while enabling Companies to understand, model, and validate the uplift potential of the Sovereign Quantum Equation Constructs.

Stage 1 - Executive Briefing

A 45‑minute briefing with CEO/CTO‑level leadership provides:

  • An overview of the eight Sovereign Quantum Equation Constructs.

  • Sovereign safety boundaries.

  • Integration principles.

  • Uplift expectations.

  • Q&A with Frontier Physics.

This session establishes the technical and strategic context for evaluation.

Stage 2 - CTO‑Level Technical Review

Following the briefing, the Companies CTO and engineering leads conduct an internal review of:

  • Sovereign Quantum Equation Constructs applicability.

  • Platform compatibility.

  • Expected uplift.

  • Integration pathways.

  • Simulation requirements.

Frontier Physics provides clarifications as needed.

Key technical components can be expanded individually, such as QADD, QNLStable, or QSyncVector.

Stage 3 - Internal Uplift Modelling

Engineering teams model the expected uplift using:

  • Simulation frameworks.

  • Noise‑floor analysis.

  • Coherence‑lifetime projections.

  • Timing‑alignment modelling.

  • Crosstalk‑mapping validation.

This stage allows Companies to quantify the benefit of the Sovereign Quantum Equation Constructs within their own architecture.

Stage 4 - Sovereign Alignment Check

Partners conduct an internal Sovereign review to ensure alignment with:

  • National quantum programme objectives.

  • Sovereign funding pathways.

  • Strategic technology roadmaps.

  • Internal governance requirements.

Frontier Physics provides the Sovereign Safety Statement to support this review.

Stage 5 - Mini‑Proposal Issuance

Once the Company confirms interest, Frontier Physics provides a structured mini‑proposal containing:

  • Detailed Sovereign Quantum Equation Constructs descriptions appropriate to the Company.

  • Licensing structure and pricing.

  • Sovereign boundaries.

  • Commercial terms.

  • Optional upgrade paths.

  • Next steps.

This document is issued only after the briefing and internal review.

Stage 6 — Licence Negotiation & Approval

Final negotiation includes:

  • Licence scope.

  • Sovereign compliance.

  • Integration timelines.

Upon approval, the partner receives the Licenced Sovereign Quantum Equation Constructs Report(s) and Integration Guidance Notes.
